Deck: Hydro Smash
Description: This deck gets cards into your hand ASAP. It uses
Blastoise's Rain Dance to apply energies to powerful water Pokemon.
It can decimate all decks on this list except Damage Manipulator
because stall decks are what I'm weak against and it's the only
actually good deck on this list.
