Deck: Basic Rain Dancing

Description: This deck's idea is just to breede Squirtle to Blastoise
or just stall with Chanseys... Pluspowers are for Hitmonchans and
others like that. When I didn't have those Chanseys I used Farfetch'd:s
and they worked quite well too. Just remember that this deck decks quite fast ;)
